Hello I’m Whitney Coriolan! I’m originally from Minnesota, USA and am currently a study abroad student at UL. I’m looking forward to sharing #MyUL with you this week! This picture shows the fun I had on a trip to the Cliffs of Moher through UL’s International Society!UL was transformed into a Winter Wonderland today with the lighting of the Christmas Tree, Carol Singers, and even Flame Throwers!. I made new friends and ate a cookie decorated with a mini Brown Thomas! #MyUL #StudyAbroad #ChristmasTimeSanta delivered gifts to us at the Kilmurry Village Christmas party!!Irish and international students came together to take a study break and eat mince pies! #MyUL #SantaClaus #InternationalFriendsI was honored to have a part in Dóchas-The Light of Hope, Candlelight Procession. It was a time of Reflection and Remembrance as community members and students processed over the Living Bridge. Stories were shared, support was found, and hope was given.Every Friday the Stables Club hosts UL’s International Night. This event has been very helpful for me to mingle and befriend students of all Nationalities! Each week has a different theme with a guarantee of great dancing music. It’s good craic!! #MyUL #StudyAbroad #InternationalNightTo help capture my abundant and crazy adventures in Ireland, I have been constantly journaling.
