Book store

You’ve probably seen a million posts and lists of monuments and sites to visit in Ireland, so I thought I would put a little twist on the traditional Irish bucket list. Here is an Ireland bucket list for all the book lovers out there.

Stop One: The Winding Stair

The first stop is my personal favourite bookshop in Ireland, The Winding Stair. This is a small bookshop located in Dublin, near the Spire. One of the great parts of this bookshop is that it also sells second-hand books and new books.

Stop Two: The Cliffs of Moher

This is probably on every single Ireland bucket list, so of course it has to be on this one too. The Cliffs of Moher have been in countless books and movies and are perfect for any reader. The Cliffs have been seen in Harry Potter, Leapy Year, and countless romance books too!

Stop Three: Hodges Figgis

This is essential for any book lover. Hodges Figgis is located in Dublin city centre is the oldest bookshop in all of Ireland!

Stop Four: Killarney National Park

The Killarney National Park is also the home to many books based in Ireland. The scenery is also so gorgeous, it feels like it transports you to your favourite book world.

Stop Five: The Works- Limerick

Want a place in Limerick to pick up cheap brand-new paperbacks? Look no further than the Works, located in downtown Limerick.
