The Late Late Toy Show

The Late Late Toy Show is an annual special edition of the weekly ‘Late Late Show’ presented by Ryan Tubridy. This episode is focused on Christmas entirely and the joy it brings to children across Ireland. It has become a household tradition across the country to snuggle up with a few snacks and watch the show! Fun Facts about the Toy Show:

The first toy show aired in 1975 and has taken place every year since then… that’s 45 years of toy shows!

It has been the most watched programme in Ireland every year since its beginning in 1975.

The host of the weekly ‘Late Late show’ is the same person who presents the Late Late Toy Show.

Ryan Tubridy is hosting his 12th toy show this year and has replaced Gay Byrne and Pat Kenny who presented it before him.

The Audience of the show are all adults and they are asked to dress up in festive gear! Many santa’s, grinches, elves and Christmas trees are seen in the crowd every year!
